A) Regulations for Use of the Platform, Events, and Conduct

1. Early Cancellation of Participation in Events

The user may cancel their participation in an event for which they are confirmed up to 24 hours before the start of the event. After this period, cancellation will not be possible from the application.

2. Change Request

Users may request a change of participation within 24 hours before the start of the match by following these steps:

  1. Access the event for which they are confirmed.

  2. Click on their profile within the event.

  3. Select the “Request Change” option in the player menu.

Conditions:

  • The change request will be visible to other users only when the event is full.

  • If the user has friends registered for the event, they may only request the change on behalf of those friends. Once they have been substituted, you can request a substitution for yourself.

  • If you are substituted by another player, the corresponding refund policy will apply, depending on the payment method:

  • No refunds are made to cards, only to the IF7SPORTS virtual wallet.

  • If a substitute cannot be found, the user must attend the event. In the event of non-attendance, the no-show policy will apply.

  • The substitution request may be canceled as long as the user has not yet been substituted.

Icons associated with the request:

  • Visible request: The event is full and the spot is available to be filled by another user.
  • Request pending: The event is not yet full and the request is not active.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Once confirmed for an event, no-shows are permitted.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (work, personal, or health-related), the user must use the “Request a Change” option. If a replacement cannot be found, the cost of the event will still be charged.
  • All refunds for no-shows will be made exclusively to the IF7SPORTS virtual wallet.
  • In the case of vouchers, a refund will be made proportional to the amount paid, valid only for limited-rate vouchers.

4. Cancellation and Changes to Events

It is important that users keep app notifications enabled, as well as have an email address that is in use and checked frequently. Any cancellations or changes to events will be communicated through these means.

5. Recommendations before the event

It is recommended that you review the participant list and notifications at least one hour before the event starts.

6. In the event of event cancellation

  • Alternative matches at similar locations and times will be recommended.
  • The amount corresponding to the canceled event will be refunded directly to the IF7SPORTS virtual wallet, which can be used for future matches.
  • No refunds will be made to the card, only to the wallet.

7. Conduct at the Sports Center

Smoking tobacco or consuming any type of illegal substances within the sports facilities used for events is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate expulsion from the event and possible suspension of the offending user’s account.

8. Penalties and Use of Accounts

  • Accounts and vouchers are personal and non-transferable. They are intended exclusively for the use of the registered user.

  • Assigning, sharing, or transferring bonuses to other people is prohibited. Each profile must be verified with a clear and legible photograph that allows the player to be identified.

If a user accumulates a debt on their account and creates a new account in order to avoid payment:

  • One of the accounts will be canceled.

  • The outstanding balance will be transferred to the original account.

  • An additional penalty of 1 euro will be applied for attempted evasion.

  • IF7SPORTS reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these rules of conduct and use.

B) Internal Regulations for Participation in IF7SPORTS Events

1. Event Confirmation and Attendance

  • Before attending the event, it is mandatory to check the scoreboard or the match commentary, where any last-minute changes will be posted.
  • The event will be confirmed provided that, at least one hour before kickoff, there are a minimum of 12 players confirmed (green check mark).
  • Users marked with a “?” symbol are considered unconfirmed and do not count toward the minimum requirement.

2. Punctuality and Meeting Point

  • Participants must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to dress, organize their teams, warm up, and confirm their attendance and payment with the organizer.
  • Each player who arrives at least 10 minutes early will earn 1 punctuality point.
  • The point is recorded using a QR code provided by the organizer at the field.
  • If several consecutive matches are played on the same day, only one punctuality point will be counted for the first match.
  • Upon reaching 20 points, €5 will be automatically credited to the user’s wallet for future events.

3. Required Attire

All players must arrive wearing the appropriate gear:

  • Red and blue jersey (one of each color)

  • Boots appropriate for the field where they have registered (short cleats/micro cleats/plain)

  • Shorts

  • Soccer socks

  • Shin guards (recommended)

4. Early Registration

  • To ensure proper organization, users must register for matches at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, although more time is preferable.
  • Matches will only be held if the minimum of 12 confirmed players is reached.

5. Weather Conditions

  • On IF7SPORTS, events remain active under normal weather conditions, whether cold, hot, rainy, or snowy.
  • Events will only be suspended in the event of extreme conditions or a risk to player safety.
  • If a match is canceled, users will receive a notification and email no later than one hour before kickoff.

6. Waiting List

  • If an event is full, users can register using the Notify Me or Add Me to Waiting List options.
  • Being on the waiting list does not guarantee priority participation. If a player shows up on the field without being called up, they will only be able to participate if one of the confirmed players is absent.

7. Fairplay and Behavior

IF7SPORTS promotes an environment of respect and sportsmanship.

  • In-game decisions must be honestly agreed upon by all players.

  • The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Insulting or verbally abusing others.

  • Mocking or disrespecting others.

  • Spitting or committing violent acts.

  • Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion and/or partial or permanent account suspension.

8. Sports Equipment

  • IF7SPORTS provides balls, bibs, pumps, and other sports equipment for exclusive use at organized events.
  • In addition, sportswear is available for purchase, which can be consulted with the organizer.

9. Ranking System, Statistics, and Sportsmanship

IF7SPORTS has implemented a ranking and statistics system with the aim of offering a fair playing experience, aligned with the values ​​of amateur sport.

  • Player Evaluation

By participating in our events, users agree that their performance and behavior on the field will be recorded and evaluated in their personal profile. The system takes into account:

  • Match result (win, draw, or loss)

  • Individual performance (goals scored, goals conceded, win percentage, etc.)

  • Position on the field and estimated level

  • Active participation (inactivity for more than 15 days penalizes the ranking)

  • Sportsmanship, rated on a scale of 1 to 5

  • Importance of attitude

Attitude during the game is a key factor within the system. A positive attitude (score 4 or 5) improves the player’s ranking progression. Conversely, a negative attitude (score 1 or 2) limits potential point gains or can even reduce progress, regardless of technical performance.

  • Age Equity

The system takes into account the user’s age range to establish the starting level, ensuring balanced competition conditions for all profiles.

  • Privacy and Display

User profiles display public statistics (last 10 events) and private statistics (with advanced filters by number of events, month, or year). IF7SPORTS may publicly display players’ level, statistics, and rankings for informational and motivational purposes within the community.

  • Participation Conditions

By creating an account and participating in matches organized by IF7SPORTS, the user agrees that their attitude and performance will be evaluated as part of the statistics and ranking system, for the benefit of a sports experience based on respect, continuous improvement, and healthy competition.

C) Types of Passes and Applicable Terms

1. Unlimited Morning Pass – €49.99

Enjoy football every morning.

  • Duration: 30 days from the date of purchase

  • Valid hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  • Days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Facilities: Valid at all venues

  • Usage limit: Unlimited during the period

2. 10-Match Morning Pass – €44.99

Choose your match mornings.

  • Duration: No expiration date

  • Includes: 10 matches

  • Schedule valid: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  • Days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Facility: Valid at all venues

3. Unlimited Monthly Pass – €79.99

Full access to all matches.

  • Duration: 30 days from the date of purchase

  • Schedule valid: All day

  • Days: Monday to Sunday (including holidays)

  • Facility: Valid at all venues

  • Usage limit: Unlimited during the period

4. Day 10 Pass – €59.99

Play at your own pace, no expiration date.

  • Duration: No expiration date

  • Includes: 10 matches

  • Valid hours: All day

  • Days: Monday to Sunday (including holidays)

  • Facilities: Valid at all

5. Annual Pass – €369.99

A full year of unlimited football.

  • Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase

  • Valid Hours: All day

  • Days: Monday to Sunday (including holidays)

  • Venues: Valid at all venues

  • Monthly Equivalent: €30.80

Important: Users who sign up for an event with an unlimited pass and do not attend will automatically be charged a balance for the match price in their IF7SPORTS wallet.

  • No refunds are issued for the purchase of any pass. In exceptional cases where a user’s continued participation in app events is compromised due to injury, they must notify customer service, and their pass may be frozen for a one-time fee.

Voucher Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a voucher within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that they have not begun to use the voucher** or make reservations associated with it.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

Under Article 103 of the same legal text, the right of withdrawal will not apply if the user has begun to use the voucher (for example, by reserving or participating in an event or service).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, the user must send an email to info@if7sports.com with the following information:

  • Full name of the account holder

  • Date of purchase of the voucher

  • Name and description of the voucher purchased

  • Express declaration of intent to withdraw from the contract

Once the request is received, and after verifying that the voucher has not been used or associated with any reservation, the corresponding refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from confirmation of withdrawal.

The refund will be made exclusively to the IF7SPORTS virtual wallet, in accordance with the established return policy.

D) Terms of Use of the Online Store

1. Purpose of the Store

The online store integrated into the IF7SPORTS app allows registered users to purchase sports products, accessories, and other items related to the events offered on the platform.

2. Available Products

All products available in the store are presented with a detailed description, including features, available sizes, final price (VAT included), and delivery or pickup conditions. IF7SPORTS reserves the right to update the catalog, prices, and availability without prior notice.

3. Purchase Procedure

To make a purchase in the online store, the user must:

  • Log in to the app with their personal account.

  • Select the desired product.

  • Confirm the purchase using the enabled payment system.

  • Receive an order confirmation via email or notification in the app.

4. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by:

  • Credit or debit card.

  • Other methods enabled in the app.

Payments are managed through secure platforms. IF7SPORTS does not directly store the user’s bank details.

5. Delivery or Collection

Products may be delivered:

  • At the event meeting point, by prior arrangement with the organizer.

6. Exchanges and Returns

Products purchased in the online store may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days, provided that:

  • They have not been used.

  • They retain their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is presented.

Returns on personalized items or intimate items (such as socks or sports underwear) will not be accepted.

7. Warranty

In the event of an error related to the model, quantity, color, size, customization, or print of the product, and said error is directly attributable to IF7SPORTS, we will act quickly and professionally to offer the user an appropriate solution.

Among the available options are:

  • Repeat and resend the corrected order at no additional cost.

  • Refund the amount paid using the agreed method.

IF7SPORTS will handle each case individually, always seeking the greatest possible user satisfaction and compliance with their consumer rights.

  • Returns for withdrawal are not accepted on personalized products, in accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
  • Damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear of the product is excluded from the warranty.
